First we begin by listening to your nervous system. Through assessment, personalized reflection, and guided exploration, we uncover how stress, trauma, and overwhelm have shaped your patterns of protection — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
You will begin to understand:
How your autonomic nervous system works

How to shift out of survival and into safety
Over the course of 8 weeks, with 1:1 support and a small, compassionate community, you will:
